Returns & Refunds Policy

If you've purchased an item and would like a refund, you can create a return request through GoDirect Trade. Under your account profile, go to "Order History", find the order number you would like to return, click on order activity button and select "Start returns process". Fill out the information and when you hit submit, it will send a return request directly to the Seller. From there, the Seller will take ownership to process the return directly.
If you haven't heard back in 48 business hours, you should contact the seller directly using the GoDirect email system.
